Access to the TraIT Health-ri service desk

<H3>You can get in contact with the servicedesk by sending an email to servicedesk@health-ri.nl </H3> <H3> If you would like to use tools of the TraIT Health-RI application stack, you will receive an email from the servicedesk with a link to the Terms of use and pdf attachment with the Terms of use. You need to read the Terms of use and if you agree you can reply the received email that you have read and agree with the Terms of use.<H3> <H3>After you have replied and confirmed that you agree with the Terms of use, you will receive your login account for the TOPdesk Self ServiceDesk (https://trait.topdesk.net ) and further instructions </H3>

 

Users of TraIT tools are supported by the TraIT Health-ri service desk. If you have any questions regarding TraIT or any of the tools, please contact us.

The service desk functions from 9:00 until 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

The fastest way to reach the TraIT Health-ri service desk is by using the self service desk (TOPdesk) via http://trait.topdesk.net. Here you can log in and create a call 24 hours a day. The call will be processed as soon as possible.
