13. How can I create a PDF/paper version of my current study setup?

Execution phase: Data entry/data upload : Manage a Study

Go to “Build study”, choose the action “view” for “Create Event Definitions”. Click on the “Print all available CRFs” icon . A new tab is opened with a table of the events/CRFs overview followed by the contents of all the CRFs in the study. Please note that in case of “single select” lists the entire list is displayed here and that no data entry fields are shown for numeric and plain text fields.
To save this document as a PDF, click on the print icon in your browser (or press “ctrl+p”) and choose “Print to Adobe PDF”. See FAQ 14 in case you do not have this option in the printer list (as it is only available for Adobe Acrobat, not Adobe Reader).
